What Streaming Setup Do I Need?

RECENT HYBRID EVENT PRODUCTION CASE STUDIES
Bedford Lakes, Feltham
Cisco required a full Hybrid streaming event production package including a three camera setup to cover host presenters and live panelists. vMix took care of split screens, remote presenters, graphic overlays, video content and multiple wireless microphone systems and a speaker system were all installed and operated by our production team onsite.
Crowne Plaza, London
Our one camera live feed with simultaneous presentation slides was the simple setup required for Zemo's Hybrid streaming event. We also supplied a large format 75" TV screen, sound system, microphones and lectern in the Crowne Plaza conference room. The whole event was filmed and edited by The Live Box to create a highlights reel.
This event required a live stream from the UK and a live stream from South Africa both of which were also Hybrid events taking place in a venue. Two way communication was required so that presenters from each country could speak to one another and also see each other for which we used comfort monitors as well as the large LED screen you can see in this picture.
