‘’Taking place annually since 2009 in London's Hurlingham Park, Chestertons Polo in the Park is a luxury Sporting and Lifestyle Event that attracts ~30,000 visitors across 3-days in June. Unique in its offering, alongside the world-class Polo on show, Chestertons Polo in the Park is famed for its party atmosphere. The Live Box Productions Ltd have been involved with the Event since 2019, delivering the full AV solution across the entirety of the Site. A greenfield site in a residential area of Central London, a key-part of the Event's success, Anthony and his Team are responsible for fully designing and implementing an AV solution for the Event suitable for a wide-variety of areas on Site, including hospitality structures, multiple bar offerings with VIP areas, a large food court and multiple spectator areas including a grandstand. Their challenge has been to ensure the AV solution delivered is suitable for a major sporting event, high-end guest hospitality, and of course the famed party atmosphere, all while taking into consideration the residential nature of the Event Site.

Year-on-year, Anthony and his Team deliver an incredibly professional service, working closely with myself and the other members of the Event Management Team to plan and deliver the AV for the Site. Using his vast experience of the industry, and building on any lessons learned from previous years, Anthony is quick to offer potential improvements or solutions to issues faced, all of which are of course implemented to great success. On site, Anthony is a consummate professional. It is the mark of his and his Team's ability that they are trusted to operate with a great deal of autonomy and without large amounts of guidance from the Event Management Team. However, they are always quick to react and communicate in the Event that any issues do occur. As mentioned previously, the atmosphere at Chestertons Polo in the Park is famed, and it is in a large part down to work of Anthony and his Team that it remains so.
